CARIF 2026 Dealmaker Program | Terms and Conditions: 10th Caribbean Infrastructure Forum (CARIF 2026)

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the CARIF 2026 Dealmaker Program, a meeting-facilitation service offered by New Energy Events in connection with the 2026 Caribbean Infrastructure Forum (“CARIF” or the “Event”). The organization purchasing a place in the Program is referred to in these Terms as the “Client.”

1. Program Overview
The Program is a premium, fully managed business development service for organizations that wish to arrive at CARIF with specific, high-value meetings already in place. New Energy Events will work with the Client to understand its objectives, identify relevant participants across the CARIF network, make introductions on the Client's behalf, and build a personalized meeting schedule for the Event.

2. Scope of Services
The Program fee entitles the Client to management of one (1) company meeting schedule.

Each Program place includes one primary company contact. Other representatives of the same company may participate in the onboarding call and attend individual meetings where relevant, but the Program does not include multiple or simultaneous meeting schedules.

The Program includes the following services:

Onboarding and Strategy Call – a 45-minute call to establish the Client's priorities, objectives, current projects and opportunities, priority countries and sectors, target counterparties and decision-makers, what the Client can offer prospective counterparties, and any organizations to prioritize or exclude.
Curated Target List – a handpicked shortlist of approximately 8 to 10 priority counterparties selected from the CARIF participant, speaker, sponsor, and wider New Energy Events network based on commercial relevance, strategic fit, timing, and potential value.
Personalized Outreach and Warm Introductions – New Energy Events will approach priority counterparties on the Client's behalf, explain the potential value of the introduction, manage responses, and coordinate availability.
Confirmed Meeting Schedule – New Energy Events will use commercially reasonable efforts to secure up to seven (7) meetings of twenty (20) minutes each during CARIF, subject to mutual interest and counterparty availability. Any additional meetings secured beyond seven are at the sole discretion of New Energy Events and will be provided at no additional charge.
Pre-Event Schedule – prior to CARIF, the Client will receive a personalized schedule identifying each confirmed counterparty, meeting time and location.
Individual Pre-Event Schedule Review – a schedule review call with the New Energy Events team prior to CARIF to discuss confirmed meetings and relevant context.
Onsite Meeting Coordination and Support – New Energy Events will coordinate the location of scheduled meetings at CARIF and provide onsite support for delays, cancellations and substitutions. Any dedicated or reserved meeting space is subject to final venue availability and event logistics.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome
New Energy Events will use commercially reasonable efforts to identify relevant counterparties, secure introductions, and arrange meetings up to the target described in Section 2. However, the Program is a facilitation and matchmaking service, not a guarantee of any specific counterparty, meeting outcome, transaction, partnership, or commercial result. Meetings are subject to the availability, interest, and agreement of third-party participants, which are outside New Energy Events' control. The final number, identity, or subject matter of confirmed meetings may vary from the target described in these Terms.

4. Eligibility and Capacity
Enrollment is limited to three (3) company places for CARIF 2026. Each place includes management of one (1) company meeting schedule. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are reserved only upon receipt of the full Program fee.

5. Program Fee and Payment
Program Fee: USD $7,000 per company, which includes management of one (1) company meeting schedule as described in Section 2. The full Program fee is collected during registration. A place is reserved only upon receipt of payment.

CARIF conference registration is required to attend the Event and is separate from, and not included in, the Program fee. The Client is responsible for registering for CARIF 2026 and for any associated registration fees, travel, and accommodation costs.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Except as expressly provided in these Terms, the Program fee is non-refundable once paid. Because the Program is limited to three company places and Program work begins immediately upon enrollment—including confirmation and onboarding preparation, followed by bespoke research, outreach, and scheduling—New Energy Events is unable to offer refunds for cancellations, non-attendance, or withdrawal from the Program, regardless of timing.

If the Client is unable to attend CARIF after enrolling in the Program, New Energy Events will, at its discretion, use reasonable efforts to work with the Client on a substitute attendee from the same organization, subject to counterparty agreement, but is not obligated to provide a refund or credit.

New Energy Events reserves the right to remove a Client from the Program if the Client breaches these Terms, provides materially inaccurate information during onboarding, or engages in conduct that New Energy Events reasonably believes is harmful to other participants, counterparties, or the integrity of CARIF.

If a Client is removed, New Energy Events will provide a pro-rated refund for Program services not yet rendered.

7. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the Onboarding and Strategy Call and throughout the matchmaking process.
Respond promptly to requests for input, availability, and confirmation needed to build and finalize the meeting schedule.
Register separately for CARIF 2026 and ensure the attending representative(s) hold a valid conference pass.
Attend confirmed meetings punctually and engage in good faith; New Energy Events is not responsible for the substance, conduct, or outcome of any meeting once introductions are made.
Notify New Energy Events promptly of any changes in availability, priorities, or attending personnel.

8. Event Changes and Force Majeure
CARIF is organized by New Energy Events and may be subject to changes in date, format, venue, or location. New Energy Events will use reasonable efforts to notify the Client of any material changes. In the event CARIF is postponed, relocated, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond New Energy Events' reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, war, terrorism, epidemic or pandemic, government action, or venue unavailability), New Energy Events will work in good faith with the Client to reschedule Program services in connection with a rescheduled or future event, or, at New Energy Events' discretion, provide a partial credit or refund reflecting services not yet delivered.

9. Confidentiality
Each party may share commercially sensitive information with the other in connection with the Program, including the Client's objectives, projects, and target counterparties, and, in the course of outreach, limited information about the Client's interest to prospective counterparties. Each party agrees to use the other's confidential information solely for purposes of the Program and to protect it using the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information of similar nature, but no less than a reasonable degree of care. New Energy Events will not disclose the specific commercial terms or sensitive details of the Client's projects to third parties beyond what is reasonably necessary to facilitate an introduction, unless the Client directs otherwise or disclosure is required by law.

10. Intellectual Property
All materials prepared by New Energy Events in connection with the Program, including the curated target list and personalized meeting schedule, are provided solely for the Client’s internal use in connection with CARIF and remain the property of New Energy Events. The Client may not redistribute, reproduce, resell, publish, or use these materials for purposes unrelated to the Program without New Energy Events’ prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Energy Events' total liability arising out of or relating to the Program, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of the Program fee actually paid by the Client. In no event shall New Energy Events be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded as a matter of applicable law.

12. Independent Parties
New Energy Events acts solely as a facilitator and intermediary between the Client and prospective counterparties. New Energy Events is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, any agreement, transaction, partnership, or dispute that may arise between the Client and any counterparty introduced through the Program.
